This page is used to activate an Edge Racing product (the "Product").

Edge Racing product activation must be done by the end-user of this product! Do not activate this product unless you, as the user, understand and agree to the terms and conditions of use.

All fields below are required. An activation code for the Product will be sent to the email address entered below, so please verify that the email address was correctly entered. Your product cannot be used until you have received and entered the activation code into your product.

By entering your information below, and pressing the "I Accept" button, the person that is activating this product makes the following representations, and acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Activation is done by the purchaser, and ultimate end-user of the Product.

  2. The purchaser/end-user has read and understood, and agrees to be bound as User by, the terms and conditions of the Edge Racing Disclaimer accompanying the Product. Click HERE for a link to the Disclaimer. The terms and conditions of the Disclaimer control over any contrary or inconsistent terms of this page.

  3. The Product is designed, and intended, only for legal, organized, closed-course, off-street racing/pulling/competition uses involving the motor vehicle in which it is installed (the "Vehicle"), and not for use on public roads. Use of the Vehicle after installation of the Product must only be for otherwise legal, organized, closed-course, off-street racing/pulling/competition purposes in controlled environments under the auspices of a recognized sanctioning body or government permit.

  4. Use of the Product in the Vehicle on public roads, and in some cases off-road, may violate applicable federal, state, or local laws, such as emissions, traffic, vehicle registration, and safety laws. All use of the Product must be done in accordance with applicable laws. Installation of the Product in the Vehicle may also make it difficult or impossible to legally sell or transfer the Vehicle.

  5. Use of this Product may violate warranties from the manufacturer of the Vehicle or from others.

  6. Use of this Product may destroy or damage mechanical, electrical, structural, or other components of the Vehicle, may require superior driving skills and techniques to handle the Vehicle, may make the Vehicle unsafe, and may lead to personal injury or property damage.

  7. Installation of this Product in the Vehicle must be properly done in a manner compatible with other components of the Vehicle, and in accordance with the written instruction manual of Edge Racing Products, in accordance with industry standards and in a good and workmanlike manner, and in accordance with applicable law.

  8. The User understands that motorsports are dangerous, and the User must ensure, and is solely responsible for ensuring, the proper, legal, and safe use of the Vehicle.

  9. This Product is sold on an AS IS, WHERE AS, and WITH ALL FAULTS basis, and Edge Racing Products disclaims any and all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, relating to this Product except as expressly implied in the written Limited warranty from Edge Products for this product as found in the product owner’s manual.

  10. The purchaser/end-user releases, discharges, indemnifies, and holds harmless Edge Racing Products from any and against any and all claims, causes of action, damages, injuries, or expenses relating to the use or installation of the Product in violation of the terms and conditions of this page, the Disclaimer, any Edge Racing Products instructions, or applicable law. Edge Racing Products will not be liable for any consequential, indirect, special, statutory, exemplary, punitive, or incidental damages caused by the installation or use of the Product, and Edge Racing Product's liability will be limited to the standard retail purchase price of this Product. The purchaser/end-user hereby expressly waives the provisions of California Civil Code Section 1542, to the extent applicable, which provides as follows.

    A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS WHICH THE CREDITOR DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE, WHICH IF KNOWN BY HIM MUST HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR.

  11. IF THE PURCHASER/END-USER DOES NOT AGREE TO ANY TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS PAGE, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE PRODUCT.
